Well, I think it is ok - I just bought my wedding gown last week and it doesn't have a train. I have a Mary's informal wedding gown and trust me I feel like a bride in that dress.
Good Luck! |

I also have a Mary's dress...well I don't have it yet, but it's the one I like. The thing is it's a quincenera dress, but it's white, so will people know the difference?

I looked at those dresses - they kinda the same style as the informals. Most magazines I looked in has dresses with no trains. I also think it depends on how formal your wedding is. I know for a very formal wedding you should have a train, as for the rest it depends on YOUR style and taste.

It is absolutely okay not to have a train. This is your day and you should wear whatever you feel comfortable in. My dress was purchased for $50 from a thrift store, and it fit me like it had been custom-designed. It did not have a train, and this was okay! Depending on your stature, a very elaborate dress may overwhelm you anyway (I am 5'2"). After all, you don't want to walk down the aisle looking like you got stuck in a gigantic marshmallow!
