We are getting married on valentines day 2004 - two months away. My colors are plum and silver. We created gel candle centerpieces that look like champagne, and four votive cups wrapped in ribbon. My boquet is all white except a heart in the center created with purple flowers. What other ideas for decorations would you suggest? We are paying for the wedding ourselves. We have or are making everything ourselves except my wedding dress, the tuxes, and the cake.

I am getting married on 02/12/05, so I have been doing some research on the whole "valentine's day" wedding. There are several good ideas I have found. I like using conversation hearts in tulle or boxes as the favors. My fiancee loves them anyway, and you can buy them buy the bulk. I love the ideas about gel candles and the way it will look like champagne!!! Have you looked on ebay? I know it sounds odd, but there are a lot of great valentine ideas on there, even for weddings!!!
