My future husband is a police officer I want to surprise him by putting something dealing with his much loved career in our wedding. Any ideas?

How about how you decorate the grooms cake? Or perhaps you can do your garter up witha cusome badge design?

I am also marrying a police officer and have been searching for cute things to use to add that in...I decided to have a custom cake topper made for $85, but you might be able to find one pre-made. Also, do a search on ebay for 'police wedding' and you can find some things. I will probably get a garter set with 2 garters (1 to throw, 1 to keep) that has miniature handcuffs on the one and the tiny key on the other...I thought that was cute. Good luck!!

I am also marrying a police officer and I went to ebay to fing my garter. They have a lot of things that you can use in your wedding like police officer and bride cake topper and Ring bearer pillow with a police car.

Hey!
If you're having a groom's cake, have it made w/ his profession in mind. Maybe handcuffs or a badge. They can do anything with cakes now-a-days. Hope this helps!
Smiles,
Amanda

Hey, it is the guy's day too!!! If he wants his profession to be in it in the wedding in some way then good for him. Especially if he is a police officer or fireman, they need to be honored every once in awhile anyway for all the things that they do. Besides the Groom's Cake is supposed to be about the GROOM!!!

Angry How Rude!

When yours finds your head, let us know. Until then, please don't make unnecessary disparaging comments and raining on other peoples' ideas! It is their wedding and they can do whatever they want!

They do make garters with tiny balls-and-chains...I thought them a bit gauche but for a police wedding they might be the ticket...
