Hair Pins

I am getting married at the beach and I am looking for seashell hairpins. I have only found the ones that are $50.00 for one hairpin. Please let me know if anyone knows of where I could pick them up for cheaper.

I made hairpins for myself using very fancy buttons from a fabrics store. You can take wire and thread it through the button. They don't look like buttons at all--they are very formal. They are pearlized and have a crystal in the middle. It cost me $3 for 6 hairpins. Maybe your fabric store would have something in a seashell shape. Or you could try getting a seashell from a craft store and gluing hairpins to them.
