Which wrist is a bracelet supposed to go on, the ring hand or the other? Does it matter, I wasn't sure.

I don't think it matters. I checked out a book on wedding etiquette from the library, and there is no mention of jewelry other than to say keep it simple and low-key so it doesn't detract from the gown and your face. Good luck!
