I am having a really hard time finding hotels in the L.A. area that cater to one-night-stay honeymooners! We are getting married on a Saturday, but not leaving for our honeymoon until Monday. And Sunday we are having our east-coast relatives over our house for brunch (to say our good-byes, etc), so we will be spending Sunday night at our own home.

Anyone with the same problem? Or am I the only one who can't find a romantic place to stay that night ... ?

I lucked out witha friend who has the most darling cottage called "the gas station" LOL. We will stay one or two nights...depending on our plans. Check with your friends. They would be honored. Also, I bet there are lots of B&Bs there. I am so hooked on B&Bs anyway that I can't stay at a hotel anymore!!! LOL Besides the fact...that's where I was proposed to!

Use online searches for your guides and call the hotel to ask if they would allow a one night stay in a honeymoon suite. Also look at the suburbs, you might find a romantic inn or something.

Good luck!
