hello, girls! I am getting married out of state, and am wondering how I would go about getting a marriage license? I get one in the state that I will be getting married in, right? Do I need to fly there just to fill out the certificate, or do I just fly there a day early and do it or what- how are you girls going to do it? thanks for the help!

Click on the state and at the bottom it should have the phone numbers for each county. You can call them and find out what you can do.

I'd go online and find out what the requirements are for that state. In Nevada for example, you can get your license and walk accross the street and get married right away, no waiting period whatsoever. Good luck.:)
