Hopefully someone will respond and has been married on a ship before..I've been calling all the cruise lines but end up going through a lot of red ****..call here..or call there. Just thought this might be easier.
How did you get that cute signature and the ticker counting down to your wedding on here??? I'm not too computer savvy!!!
Have a great day!!!!

My idea of the perfect wedding was the cruise ship wedding!!! I researched it before we were even engaged. I went to the Royal Carribean website and got information from them. Go to www.rccreservations.com Click on Groups & Incentives, from there go to Weddings. That will give you some basic information, but there is a phone number there that you can call to get more info. Also try checking with your local travel agent. I went to AAA and they were very helpful. They gave me some packets of Cruise Ship Wedding information. If you can't find what you are looking for through either of these places, try to google search cruise ship weddings, that might give you some info. The only reason we aren't getting married on the cruise ship is because he proposed at Niagara Falls, so we are going back up there exactly one year later and getting married at the same spot!! I hope this information is helpful to you! Good Luck!!!

That is very helpful. Thanks so much.
That is so romantic that you're getting married at the same spot where you got engaged.
Best of luck...
Have a great day!!!

We just booked our cruise ship wedding with Princess Cruise lines. Princess and I think Disney are the only ones that let you get married on the ship while at sea. I liked this idea better because then we are not using an island day to get married. This ships captain performs the ceremony while in international waters. if you would like more info email me at Lilspoiled2001@yahoo.com

My cousin got married on a cruise ship a few years ago. It was really nice. They actually got married before the ship left the port in miami so people who were not going on the cruise were able to attend. After the ceremony, our whole family went on the cruise with them. I guess it was there honeymoon, the had a 7 month old baby at the time and it was probably easier on them because my grandma took care of her most of the time. Not my idea of a perfect honeymooon with us all around, but the wedding itself was nice and the cruise line was helpful.

OMG, I am so jealous. We wanted to get married at a destination, but my mother was in tears trying to make us reconsider because we had SO many family that wanted to attend, so we backed down, but I really hope that you find where you want to go because I know it will be truly amazing!
CONGRATS and you two make a great couple!!

I was married on a cruise ship. The ceremony was performed by the local minister before the cruise set sail. After the ceremony, we took tons of pictures around the ship. After that, we had a cake and champagne reception in a private room on the ship. It was perfect! I would totally recommend it! The only thing that I had to do was show up. Everything was done by the wedding coordinator on the ship.

Congratulations on your engagement!!

Getting married on a cruise ship is GREAT! I have not done it personally but I am a cruise specialist and have booked them for people who have. The cruise line really takes great care of you and makes sure your entire trip is perfect.

Have you thought of how many people you would like to go with you? Or would it just be you and your fiance? If you have quite a few people you can get a group rate which would be a better price than the going rates. Some cruise lines will let you get married at any point during the cruise but some you can only do it while in port. It just depends on what you want. Also, many ships have pretty little chapels or you can get married pretty much anywhere on the ship.

If you would like any assistance or have any questions, send me an email! I'd love to help you out! Again, congratulations!

We have decided to get married on the Princess Cruise Line. Currently it is the only one that will allow you to get married at sea, as well as in the port of call. If you would like the information that they sent me, PM me and I will send it to you. The packages are really nice and my mom sailed with them before and really enjoyed herself.
