I have 3 deceased grandparents and would like to do some type of remembrance during the ceremony but am unsure of what to do. We're having an outdoor beach wedding so candles might be tough if it's windy. Any suggestions??

Maybe have a vase of some sort and put 3 white roses in it to represent the 3 grandparents.

That's a good idea. I actaully thought of releasing balloons into the air (1 for each of them) -- but then there may be an environment issue. Haven't checked into that yet.

Animals try to eat old balloons and then choke on them. I'd stay away from releasing balloons. I liked the flower idea.

Candles are still a possibility - you could use hurricane globes to keep them going...or you could use small oil lamps or oil candles that won't go out. Flowers are wonderful as well - you could put something in your wedding program noting what they represent.
