do NOT buy from ebay seller: buydirectbridals!!

I placed an order with them on ebay in Oct 2005, and was told it would be in by the end of Dec. It is now Jan 2006 and I still haven't seen my dress. I emailed them several times, left phone msgs as well, but no reponse. But when I go to their ebay site and ask a question on another dress they respond right away. So they are interested in taking your orders only and not deliver them.

I am very concerned right now...my wedding is in feb...I'm trying to find a way to get in touch with buydirectbridals...

I warn anyone who wants to buy from them on ebay to THINK TWICE!!

NOT WORTH THE HEARTACHE AT ALL to save a couple hundred bucks!!

I'm sorry sweetie. I really hope you get it soon or something works out. Have you contacted the resolution center (http://pages.ebay.com/securitycenter/?ssPageName=home:f:f:US) on ebay? It couldn't hurt anything!

This happens all the time because they are not a direct saler, they don't have any inventory in stock and they have to order and wait for the shipping of the dress as well, so they have no control of the date of arrival. That's why they just trying to ignore you. If you were pay thru Paypal, you should be able to receive your money after 10 days once you filed the complaint, but unfortunately you won't able to get back the time you've been waiting, and your wedding day is on Feb, I wish you will get your dress asap.

If I were you I would find another dress and deal with them later. I use ebay a lot and you can file a complaint and paypal will remove the money from their account and hold it until the issue is settled. If you need more help please feel free to contact me. I will help you file the claim and hopefully get ahold of them. I wish you luck but I would find another gown and refuse theirs. Don't gamble with your day!
