Hello All!

Nice to find a "support group" here! :)

I'm a little confused about underwear. I ordered a Maggie Sottero ball gown which is corseted (as most of her gowns are). I am now trying to find good underwear and was wondering if one could wear a corset underwear under it. Or would that be a faux pas?

That would be way too much and you don't need to. Honestly, I have a Maggie with a corset, and I'm not wearing anything cause it's perfect by itself.

When is your wedding? Mine is in August and I would prefer to have the least amount of layers possible! Have you tried on the Maggie dresses. You might find after you try them on that they are very comfortable with just on of those molded bras with the spandex that goes to just above your hips. It just holds everything in, but you can still breathe!

I'm having bra cups sewn into my Maggie dress. I don't even think I would need those since the lady at the bridal salon had me laced up so tight that I don't think anything was going ANYWHERE!

That's what happened to me, nothing was going to move or go anywhere, I wasn't going to move at all. It was a miracle! :D

Yeah, the only problem is I don't know how I'll get out of it after the reception! LOL! I guess I'll have to bring the scissors because I doubt he'll be able to figure it out. ;)
