Reception Problems

I am getting married October 16, 2004 and can not find an affordable nice reception hall or banquet facility.The wedding takes place in the crystal lake area, HELP PLEASE!

try VFW post, American Legion, and some community center in your area.

Try this..I did a yellow pages search for banquets at or within 20 miles of Crystal Lake IL..I hope you meant crystal lake IL ??? If you did, I guess call them and find out.

it might be a little bit of a hike but the Seville in Streamwood, IL (just off of 90 & 53) is beautiful and has great reates. I'm having my reception there in January.

I am also planning CL area--here are some of the places I am planning on researching: the milk pail (west dundee), maravela's (fox lake), marengo CC & golf course...don't forget the smaller places that might have golf courses...such as harvard, huntley, johnsburg, and others...let me know what you find...my wedding is not until 2005. good luck, mandy
