Oh gosh... I'm trying to think, but I'm not doing a very good job today. Let's see... who is good with poems?
Oh! Paige (lilone) is good at coming up with stuff! Too bad she won't be around for a few days (she's gettin' married this weekend).

I don't know how formal your wedding will be, but an old Irish saying goes like this:
There are many good reasons for drinking,
One has just entered my head.
If a man doesn't drink when he's living,
How in the hell can he drink when he's dead?
At the end you could say something like:
Thanks for sharing in our special day,
Please take this pub with you when you go on your way.
This may be a little vulgar for what you are looking for, I will continue to look for some other ones.

Here's another Irish saying:
May the winds of fortune sail you,
May you sail a gentle sea.
May it always be the other guy
who says, "this drink's on me."
or
For every wound, a balm.
For every sorrow, cheer.
For every storm, a calm.
For every thirst, a beer.
or
Life, alas,
Is very drear.
Up with the glass,
Down with the beer!
