bridesmaids - celebrity-inspired dress?

wow, first time here, this forum is great. My wedding is coming up next year, and i want my bridesmaid to wear dresses look like one Kate Hudson wears in How to lose a guys in 10 days. There is a seller on ebay custom made this dress in any color, which i think is nice, because they it'll fit them better, and i get discount for buying bulks (i have like 8 bridesmaids) I bought from this seller before so i know the quality is good.

Questions: what color should I make? I like something a little creamy, maybe like latte, but my family don't think they will look right in the wedding.. (by the way I can request colors besides from the ones listed) and do you think they look formal enough? i mean my gown will be VERY complicated, while my bridesmaids' are quite simple, is it ok? Appreciate your feedbacks! :)

That dress is really pretty. I think it would be fine to have a simple dress even if your's is complicated. As far as the color, what are you wedding colors? Do you have a theme or a mood you'd like to convey? Think about that and then make your decision. If you want cream or latte, then do that. This isn't your family's wedding, it's yours. Do what you want. You'll start to notice that's a bit of a theme around here.

That dress is beautiful. I like how simple they are and think they would be great in a wedding. I say go with cream or latte if that's what you want. I think those colors would be very pretty.

Pick whatever you want. You are supposed to stand out so I think it is fine if the bridesmaids are wearing simple dresses.

thank you for all your replies.. the reason my family doesn't like the latte because they said the color won't compliment me.. i'm still not sure what the theme color is.. I mean i have red roses, so i want everyone to dress in colder color (not something like hot pink - u know what i mean) I guess i'll go ahead with the latte. so you think the style is ok? oh ... i'm so excited.. i actually want to get one of those for my new year party.. :D
