Thanks ladies. Were having a time trying to find a dress for her. Alot of the dresses are to old for her... or look way to young. I want her to look cute and innnocent, not like some deranged seamstress chased her around with yards of lace, ya know!

When my cousin got married her neices were her FG's and it was a bit to much. They were pretty much wearing white TUTU's.

A couple of ladies suggested it. I don't remember who but I went to take a look and the dresses are so cute and affordable too. Were going to take Alicia shopping around here before we decided to order from the web but if we do I'll definatly let you know.

I'm most likely going to order from that web site. I haven't found any dresses that cute for that cheap...and yeah if my DD just so happens to spill on it or trip and make a hole in it I won't be mad cause it's so cheap!! I was going to get a dress from DB for 100.00 for her...she's only 3 and I just can't spend that much on a white dress for her knowing her and what she does with her dresses...not a good thing :)

It was the same thing for us. I didn't want to spend over 100.00 on a dress that she was going to wear for one day. Our flower girl is going to be a week shy of 5 when our wedding day rolls around.

Were going to go look right after christmas and see if we can find her an ivory dress somewhere. My wedding is in May so Easter is kind of pushing it but that would be the perfect time to look.
My neice's father can be such a jerk sometimes though. He and her mother are not together anymore and he's not a part of our lives or our wedding. Well he ***e up with this hairbrained idea to put her in an angel halloween costume. A cheap KMart type costume none the less. I was like NO....WTF?

Well, I was going to order my FG dresses there too. They are a little sketchy, but I was still going to because I was in love with one of the dresses. I would just make sure to check the feedback, I know that they had a decent amount of negative feedback when I looked. They had much more positive feedback than negative, but the negative comments were enough to worry me. Also, I look on the Better Business Bureau website and it said some negative things about them on there. I would also check that out. The reason why I didn't order them from this website, since I still wanted to, was because they didn't have a large enough size for my oldest FG. So check those out and see how it looks because they really do have some CUTE dresses!!

YW..not a problem. I was disappointed too because we absolutely fell in love with this dress: http://www.butterflyxc.com/product_info.php?products_id=63&osCsid=be27cfa708b910fdb2b374b99a70ce58 and I still love it :( but I can't afford the hassle I started getting w/them not responding to my emails until like 2 days later! So then I started checking on them and ***e across the BBB stuff then the ebay stuff, so nixed them.
BUT...I did go here: http://www.cutekiddy.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=27 and purchase our FG dress (in fact the purple sash Cinderella one) and they're customer service is awesome! I purchased the dress Wed. evening and it shipped this morning. Yayyy!!! :)
So look there Lyndsay, you might find a nice dress there. :)

There are some other cute ebay sites that have nice FG dresses for cheaper. You may want to look into them. I never checked the feedback on any of them though.

All I know is I want to find one that's not to expensive. All the places around here sell gowns like for over 100.00. For a dress a 5 year old is going to wear once, I think not!

Well ladies we still haven't found our FG a dress. Were going to go look at First Communion Dresses at some local catholic shops. Hopefully we can find one but if not there's always Ebay!
