so my fiance and i have decided to go with a rich red and a golden yellow for the wedding with red and yellow roses....
so most likely my gown will be the new one from david's brial with the red lining and corsetted back... so i thought originally.. girls in red.. guys in golden yellow right?? well problem.. adam doesnt look all that great with his complection and blonde hair in gold... so i had a couple thoughts... us and the flower girl and ring boy in the red.. and the MOH, BM and rest in the golden... or would it just be cool to mix it up a little?? whatdya think?????

My thoughts: Wedding party in all red--dresses in red, tuxes accessories in red. No one wears any yellow since it's a hard color to pull off unless you do a pastel shade which it doesn't sound like you are going for. You could do your flowers as a mix of red and the golden yellow to tie both the colors together. All of your decorations (tables etc.) would be a mix of the red and golden yellow.
Keep in mind, you could always use another accent color in with those if you want.
Just a suggestion... :)

I think that having red dresses/tuxes and yellow bouqets/boutenires/corsages would be very pretty. And probably a lot more flattering on everyone.

be very careful with red and yellow you don't want it to look like McDonald's exploded on your wedding. you might need to more carefully choose the shade of yellow a lil more carfeully and lean more towards an antique gold or soemthign that would better flatter all parties involved. Sit down with your florist they have really good eyes for color or your planner.

I think that it would look best with red attire and yellow or red and yellow flowers. If you want FH to stand out a little, you could have him wear red and yellow bout and the guys just wear yellow. Or he could have a different textured vest than the others. You could also find a dress that comes with a sash and that could be yellow for your girls.
