I'm getting married Oct. 15th. Okay, if I was going by last years temps. I could have an outside wedding.....it was like 70 degrees on Halloween. Is there a way of telling what the predictions are this year for an outdoor wedding. The optuion is open to me but I'm not sure I should take it.

Check out the Farmers Almanac:
Weather (http://www.almanac.com/weathercenter/index.php)
It has long range weather forcasts that you can look up by region (click on the link that says Long-Range forcast for current and next month... it will actually tell you about the entire year). And you can also look up "historical" weather data... so you can look up that date over the past few years to see if there's a pattern and what the general temperature range is. :)
I hope this helps!

I'm getting married on October 15th as well. Last October 15 it was blizzarding here and the year before on that weekend it was the perfect day for a wedding. So I'm just planning on having my wedding in rain, sun or snow.

I am having an October wedding too. I went to www.weather.com (http://www.weather.com) and checked average temperatures and precipitation for my wedding date. I am also planning to add a weather link on our wedding wedsite for our reception guests.

You can pick up a Farmer's Almanac at any bookstore. They even have them at home stores (ie. homedepot & lowes). I checked the weather for my area for the month that I wanted to get married in & then decided to have a destination wedding since it looked so grim. I am very glad that I did because the almanac was right!

I was thinking of having my reception outside (thanksgiving weekend in Canada 2006) but I too have been a little hesitant on the weather. Still undecided. FH says we should do it indoors.
