How many of u are using bubbles.. I have the bubble wands & have personalized ribbon tied thru the knot..cute & simple..the guest will blow them while we are exiting the church. but now i want to have a dove release too! my fh said we dont need both, we already have the bubbles..he said i just keep finding ways to spend more money. what do u guys think, is having both too much or should i have the doves 2. the dove release is 175 for 4 doves..

Could you maybe do the dove release near where you are exiting the ceremony os your guests could watch? Then walk down through your guests and they could blow the bubbles? I don't see where that would be a problem. The dove nor the bubbles are very expensive. Did you tell your FH just how much everything costs?

Another alternative is that if he's already paid for most of the stuff, and the dove release is something you really have your heart set on, is to just pay for it yourself. ;)

I would call & ask some questions on the dove release, I was thinking of having them, and the woman in my area that I spoke to, said in "inclimate weather" they can't be released AND that you still have to pay the full price.

I'm not having bubbles or a dove release. I don't think that maybe you're overdoing it if its what you want and within your budget. Like it was said before - pay for it yourself if you really want it :)
