I want to make the pretty bows that go on the aisle pews for the ceremony. Does anyone know of a good website or someway that I could learn how to make these. I already have all the tools but I'm wasting my money trying to make them.

Go to the florist who's doing your flowers and ask him/her, or any local florist. I'm a floral designer and would be happy to show you how to make bows, but it's a lot easier to show you.
If you already have the material, you could even take the ribbon to a floral designer and have them do it. Most places won't even charge for that, but you might end up paying $1 or $2 per bow, perhaps.
Making nice bows takes lots of practice and patience to get them, right. You may save time in lost material by having a designer do them. Just remember, they can always use your material.

That would be nice, but I'm also making all the flower arrangments. So I can't ask someone to do them for me. I'm pretty crafty but just don't have experience with tulle and ribbon. If I could learn how to do just one then I should be on my way .

they have 2 styles at joann's both at like 9 bucks a piece, and honestly if you just look at the box you wont have to buy the machine lol you basically fold the bow back and forth and tie it with some wire. Then puff the bows up
These are the ones I am making for my wedding. http://www.offray.com/pewbows.html

Thanks everyone. You have given me plenty of information to get me started. I'll see if they are as easy as they look.
Thanks :)

I bought a book on hot to make DIY bows on clearance at Michaels for $3. I would highly sugest looking on eBay for one, too. There should be a lot to choose from, and most would cost next to nothing! I would send you mine, but I'll be using it until January. Also, Google "DIY bows", and see what pops up. :)

Pew Bows
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hate tule!!!! I bought some on clearance, wired and not wired, and played arround with it. When the FMIL gave me the mailbox, it had a really pretty wired ribbons on it that ***e from WalMart. It was 2.96 for 2 1/2 by 9 foot. It is called wired rose swirl. I just love it... it's a kinda sheer white ribbon with a rose pattern and a sparkley look to it.
So I got a roll and a EZ bow maker from Micheals (with a 40 or 50% off coupon of course) and gave it a try. I kept trying to follow the directions that ***e with the bow maker and they never looked like the picture. So I gave up on the instructions. (I seriously don't know why I couldn't do it.. I think I need more step by step with less words... more pictures.)
Soemone on the internet said they put a flower in the center and made a bow behind it and it looked like a flower in a flower. So I used the whole 9 foot witha 12in tail and 5 inch loops. It wasn't enough loops. So then I went to a 12-14 inch tail with 4in loops and it looked perfect.
I was using a white flower for the trial. I took a picutre of the white, lavander, purple, and yellow roses I had at the time. I decided that I loved the yellow and lavander. So we are alternating the lavander and the yellow. There are 17 pews and only 12 holders to rent, so we will have a set every three rows which I think will be perfect.
I will note that these are finished... nothing will be added to them. I hate tulle!!!! And I will not cut the ends at an angle. I hate that too. They will either be trimed to be the same lenght or whom ever puts them up will just fold them under. It'll stay... it's wired!!
The wed coordinator told me to attach 30in pieces of ribbon to them and tie them to the pew. So that's what I did. They are wrapped arrounf the stem of the flower on the back. They can tie them on when we get there on friday night.
