We are going to Canada for our honeymoon, we will be staying at the fallsview casino resort in niagara falls. I have been to Canada twice before, once with chuck, we both loved it. :)

Still up in the air... we want to go somewhere tropical, as my FH is an avid scuba diver and I am getting scuba certified as my wedding gift to him. Right now, we're talking about Mexico, Bahamas, or something else like that.

We are staying a few days at Disney (close to home) so that we can visit with all the family that is traveling down for the wedding, Then we will be going on the Disney cruise.

We are both Disney dorks. I have had an annual pass there for about 18 years and my FH has had one for about 4 (since we have been together). We live on the coast of Florida, so we get the best of both worlds...the beach and Disney.

My Fh would say you are the lucky one! Everytime we are in NY he asks why we can't move there. All of my family lives in or near the city, so we visit somewhat frequently.

We rented a cottage in Emerald Isle North Carolina. The only problem is that we will have to pray and hope there are no hurricans.

We are heading to the beautiful Bahamas. We decided to stay at the Sandals resort there. Those tend to be very nice and all inclusive. I love diving and sitting on the beach. There is also a casino near by for my FH. (I'm sure it is no where near the Vegas standards he is used to though) We had talked about going to Europe or the South Pacific but we came to a conclusion, we are going to be exhaused and burnt out, we don't want to spend the entire time sightseeing and traveling. We want to relax and rest.

I stayed at a sandals resort in st. lucia years ago and it was great!

Well, you will have plenty of prayers helping you out from all of us who went through the 80 million hurricanes last year! (ok...only 3 where I live, but it felt like 80 million when you go a month and a half with more days without electricity than with it! LOL)

i agree with u kelly, today was a hurricane day here at work we went over all the things we will need to do INCASE. I also heard disney had a tornado scare and shut down for a few hours. If you are planning a summer/fall wedding/honeymoon in a hot place check weather conditions from previous years.

Me and my fiance have decided to go on a Western Carribean Cruise. We are reserving a balcony room, and I fully intend to have breakfast on the balcony over looking the ocean every day! The cruise also stops at Key West, which I thought was great, seeing I've always wanted to go there. Im sure It will be a blast.

We're hopefully going to be borrowing my grandpa's cabin in the middle of nowhere in northern Wisconsin. We must be crazy if we plan on staying in northern Wisconsin in winter. :eek:

We are going on a cruise. I used to live in canada when my mom went up there to model.. It is so nice there!

Chris and I decided to go to Newport, RI and tour the old Victorian homes of the Vanderbilts and other old money families.

Heather, great to see another "Bostonian" on the boards. I am in Brockton :)
Dick wants two weeks in St. Thomas, but I am fair skinned Irish, who burns without a fail and gets heat sick, so I think that we are going to compromise and spend 4 days in NY and get a cruise out of NY to the Virigin Islands and return to NY after 8 days. I have not figured out transportation to/from Boston to NY yet. I am thinking flying, but not sure.
RI is a beautiful state. I would love to do a trip like that, but Dick would be bored out of his mind. ;)

We are going to Aruba. I just hope everything is settled with that poor girl from Alabama before we go. :( It would almost seem wrong to enjoy ourselves with her still not found.

Trust me i doubt it you will have breakfast on your balcony every morn. it wont happen, i have been on 4 cruises and i always wanted to, it just never happened. lol

My FH passed out on the last plane trip we took due to anxiety so we've decided that with the stress from the wedding the last we needed was MORE stress with flying somewhere especially in early March. Our dream place would be Vail, CO but due to weather and plane issues we've decided to go to Boston. To eliminate travel worries we're taking the train (it's only going to take 5-6 hours to get there and this way we don't have to drive). SO we'll get our cold destination (we ABHOR the heat) and get someplace fun and different with a lot of different things to do! We can't wait!
we're going to Lanikai beach - oahu. We've rented a cottage there 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. will be there for 2 weeks, so we've rented a car and just plan to relax and drive to different points on the island. Looking forward to it.

My fiance and I are going to Cancun for 5 nights. Were staying at a 5 star resort called The Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Hotel. It looks really nice. I cant wait. :) Were getting married on Dec 10th, 2005!

We're going to Tanzania to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, go on safari, and hit the beaches on Zanzibar. Can't wait!
