It is policy and procedure for Rabbit Creek Bed and Breakfast to change up to 20 dollars a day for services (like time spend on e-mails, getting in touch with the caterers, made calls about the fountain, walk thru with her family, phone calls, and additional paperwork to set the final plans). This is standard procedure. Typically these change will come out of your deposit and they are applied.

Rabbit Creek can only host SMALL weddings indoors. The receiving area can only hold 30 people seated with the bride and groom on the being wed on the stairs. Any additional people will be expected to stand. The banquet hall can only seat 60 people.
