I have never done this before. I just got an email saying that there are two weeks left until the wedding. I have been having the worst nighmares lately. It is not like I don't want to get married, he is my life, but the nightmares are more about how the wedding is going to go. We are having an outdoor wedding and I am consumed by fact that it might rain. And I have been having horrible dreams about a family member dying or my FH dying or me breaking an arm or a leg or even having all my teeth falling out. I am going crazy. I don't know the last time I got a good night sleep. I guess, looking on the bright side, I will get good sleep in two weeks. I guess I just needed to get this all down. I just don't know how to sleep anymore. Too much stress i think. Oh well, happy days will come on the honeymoon. Hawaii here we come.

We've all had crazy nightmares. I had one in which every vendor I had hired died just a day before the wedding. And I had that dream when I still had more than a year to go. If you are having that dreams just 2 weeks out, I'd say you are doing better than the most! LOL Just take a deep breath and try not to forget to enjoy what is happening!

Its all the stress coming to one point and culimnating in your dreams. Things are going to be fine :) This happes with all huge emotional and stressful events - my sister had those dreams as well when she was getting married - absolutely nothing went wrong. She also had a dream when she was pregnant that someone was trying to steal her son - so in her sleep, she proceeded to beat the living tar out of her poor husband hehe :) He understood what was going on when she was screaming at him and he finally woke her up and she could explain. So you're not alone - its not just the hormones of pregnant women that cause crazy dreams - its mostly stress.

Two weeks left for me too. I hate to give into the old cliche of misery loves company, but I am glad I am not the only one freaking out at this point. It's the same for me. Marriage I am not worried about. Whether or not my divorced parents will make it through the night or whether or not the toddler ring bearers will make it down the aisle...definitely causing a meltdown! I recommend going to get a massage soon to deal with some of the tension and anxiety building up in your body. It might help you sleep better. I also read an article in a magazine that said to have a piece of toast with jam and a glass of milk at night to make you sleepy. You could also try "sleepytime tea". It's not caffeinated and it seems to help me wind down. Hope this helps! Congrats! We are almost to the finish line!
