I have two sisters, the one that's married will be my matron of honor and the one who isn't will be my maid of honor. My question is what will there jobs be? Who will hold my bouquet? Who walks down the aisle first? who stands next to the bride. Who walks with the best man? should they have different bouquets?

Maybe you could have the men waiting for you at the alter and have them walk down the aisle side by side. For who will hold your bouquet, that is a tough one... Perhaps you can balance it by having one of them hold your bouquet during the ceremony and the other will hold the groom's ring until it is asked for... I think you should try to keep things as even as possible so they don't think you showed any favoritism or get jealous or anything crazy... Hope that helps.

I found this article that might help out.

Having both a maid of honor and a matron of honor is becoming increasingly common. When this occurs, the bride must decide how she wants to handle the duties. I suggest that she divide them up so that one person stands next to her, one signs the marriage license, one gives the toast at the reception, etc.

The order of the processional will depend on the size of the aisle at the church and how the bride wants to handle things. If the aisle is wide, the two of you can walk in together with the person who will stand next to the bride being on the right. If the aisle is narrow or the bride doesn't like the look of two people together, then the person who stands next to the bride will walk in last and the other person just before her. There do not need to be two best men. It is fine for one person to walk with a groomsman. The guests don't really care.
