We need help deciding on a bridal party song. Do you have any suggestions?
I'm sure you know, but the bridal party song is the song played by the DJ when all of your wedding party is announced (played after you and your FH dance your first dance).
I asked the DJ, but he hasn't gotten back to me, and I wanted some other ideas.
THANKS!!!

Do you have any favorite types of music? Maybe a song or artist that the whole bridal party likes. It would help us out better if we knew what types of music you like, your fiance, and the bridal party. I would hate to suggest a country song if you do not like country.

Actually we like everything. Rock, country (though not as much as rock), classical, etc.... I want something that would say how much all of them mean to us without being too sappy. So something about good friends???? Ideas? Please help...
Here is a list of popular friendship songs that I found on several websites. Hopefully, you will find one you know and like. If not let me know and I will see what else I can find.

I am having the same problem finding a good song for that too. My FH and I keep having to put it aside because we can't seem to agree. How does the DJ work all of this in anyway? At the grand entrance to the reception, does he play the bridal party song, then leads into a different song for parents and then a different one for us? Or are you talking about a song that the bridal party will come out and dance to once you are done with your first dance and dances with parents? I'm still a little lost as to how all of this works.
I do however love the song recommended "With a little help from my friends". My FH loves the Beatles so I will suggest it to him. Thanks for opening this up to suggestions! :D

The bridal party song is the song that is played when the party is introduced and dances after your first dance with your husband... Hope that clears things up for you... :)

OH MY GOD! Thank you so much for posting that! You know how when you're helping someone with something or its just everyday stuff you're doing and you remember names of songs, people, places, etc. But when it comes down to actually doing your OWN stuff you can barely remember your name sometimes? Yeah well, you just solved my #1 problem for me! I couldn't remember a few songs I wanted and they're all on this list! Funniest thing is, I went through every CD I own, looked right at them and it didin't even phase me. I see them on here and I about screamed right here in my office! :)

In one wedding I was in, the bridal party danced to the bride's parents' song. It was "Hey Jude". About 1/2 way through, both sets of parents were dancing, as well as the bride & groom. It was lots of fun!

That actually happens to me all of the time. It does not have to be a song title or artist but just about anything. LOL

We are using the song "Wonderful Tonight" because everyone loves that song, and I am sure they will all look wonderful! And that list has a lot of awesome songs on it!! Anyone would be a good choice for the Bridal Party Dance! :)
