Is it illegal to burn some music onto a cd for wedding favors? Will I violate the copyright laws? It's not like I'm selling them for profit. Please advise.

I think if you have songs on different CD's and you want to put them together and make one CD then that is ok since you already bought the original CD's

We did this, and I wasn't sure about the laws. My fiance seemed to think it was okay, but I'm still not sure. I'll be interested to see what you find out!

I went online and order from Amazon.com for the complete wedding album. All the songs were perfect and I have used it over and over again for friends and families weddings. Good luck
