Flowers, colors, ideas

My wedding is Novemeber 5th. It is a morning wedding on Cape Cod Ma. We do not want to have a beachy theme since that is what to be expected here. We are going with Burgandy dresses and I was wondering if anyone could give some ideas on Flowers, as well as other decorating ideas for our reception site. We are not doing favors but are giving a donation to the Parkinsons fund in honor of my grandmother so we don't need to worry about that. But flower ideas, centerpieces would be great!!!!
I would like to do somewhat of a fall theme without getting too fall...

I am having a fall wedding also. I am thinking about colors like deep oranges, deep reds, and deep yellows. If you are having a night reception candles in those deep colors would be great throughtout the room. My wedding date is 10-13-07, so these are just things that I am thinking about. ;)

With the burgundy dresses, deep orange flowers would look fantastic. How about using centerpieces with fruits or vegetables in them? If you go fruits, apples and pears would look lovely with orange and red flowers. If you do vegies, maybe some squash in yellow and orange, with some sage hydrangeas?
