Does Anybody Have Any Gift Ideas For Groomsmen? We Do Not Want To Give Anything Like Bottle Openers Or Flasks. We Would Like To Get Them Something Useful, Maybe Gift Cards To An Electronic Store Of Some Sort. But The Gift Cards I Think May Be A Little Too Impersonal. Please Help, I Need Some Ideas!!!!!!!!

Personally, I think that you can personalize gifts. If you have one person that really likes going out & bar hopping & such, you could do a personalized beer mug. If someone is into electronics, the best gift you could buy, is a gift certificate. If you have a musician, personalized guitar picks. I think you can personalize anything you want, anyway you want.

I think for our best man we might do a Beer of the Month Club, so he gets 12 beers in 4 different tastes delivered to his house each month. Since that is not something we can "give" to him, we plan to get a personalized beer mug and put the info about the gift in it. The groomsmen will get something a little less extravagant though.

My fiancé and I were also having the same problem. I mean really, how many flasks and monogrammed money holders can 1 guy have? We decided to give the guys ties. We thought it would be a gift that would collect dust or be tossed. Good luck. :)

We got personalized gifts. We got one groomsmen a beer mug, one a flask set, one a clock, and one a couple golf bags. Think about what they like and their hobbies then draw ideas from that...

I agree 100%. It is the best thing you can do to personalize your gifts...make them from the heart, no matter how expensive or inexpensive theymay be, if they are from you and your FH's heart then they are priceless.

We are getting our guys leather drop bag (Travel kits for toiletries) with their initials on them. We figured they would use them because a lot of the guys travel and they would get alot of use.

I've gotten several nice gifts for being a groomsman(I've been one 5 times (3 times as best man)):
-A new set of barbecue/grilling "tools". My friend and his wife knew that I liked to grill and cook, so they found a very nice set of grill accessories for me. It was different and very heartfelt and I think that is the mark of any great gift (and truth be told, it probably only cost them $30 at most.)
-A very nice bottle of Irish whiskey (which is my liquor of choice, but this bottle was worth more than my car payment so I never would have bought it for myself).
-A new bricklayer's hammer engraved with my name (I collect fossils and the groom did too, so he knew that a good hammer is vital for this activity)
-The other two gifts were a flask (which I don't use) and a new ***elbak hydration system for my backpack.

Any of these should do... Cigar holders and you can have them engraved, stainless steel travel mug w/ Monogram, flasks, silver or gold plated lighters with initails on them, Classic money clips with initials on them, pocket knife, or cufflinks, a set of nice pens maybe. These might help. Good Luck. :)
