I try yoga or a kickboxing class. I would try something that helps you stretch usually from not standing straight its just from habbit you just have to find a way to break it. It's really really hard trust me I am trying myself.

wearing a corset can improve your posture and your figure as well! don't worry though, modern day corsets aren't as unhealthy as it used to be.

doing pilates can also help w/ your posture. and pilates helps to tone your body w/o making you bulky like it you were to lift weights. i would highly recommend it.

Earth shoes. The originals from the 70's, not the Wallyworld rip-offs. The originals are making a comeback and I own two pair, lace-up oxfords for winter and thongs for summer. They come in a wide variety of styles, even tennis shoes. The negative heel technology re-aligns your spine and even helps burn calories according to the product literature. www.earthshoes.com
They even have a Vegan line for those so inclined.

i notice that when i'm wearing high heels, my posture straightens and my gait is better. you should try walking in high heels to see if there's any difference.

I would google exercises to strengthen these muscles: rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, rotator cuff, lower and middle trapezius and posterior deltoid. These muscles all function to bring your shoulders and shoulder blades back. Now for the front, I would do stretches. Specifically stretching the pectoralis muscles. Hope this helps.
