What theme is appropriate?

Hi ladies,this might seem like a dumb question but here it goes,what would be a good theme for my wedding if Im getting married in Aug? My bridesmaids dresses are green and it is an outdoor wedding. Im getting married in Dallas,Ga. And Im not sure if a fall theme or summer theme is appropriate. I dont really have a clue as to what colors would go well with green to coordinate my weding colors. Please help me!

I would say stick with a summer theme, since you're BM dresses are green. Neutral tones would work well I think, try and coordinate things from your location into your theme. I always believe that even if it's a color theme, that will turn out nicely.

I would say a summer theme I think it also depends on the green color. Depending on the green you can put a lot of colors with it especially if it is pastel. Look around at a local store (they usually don't mind if you go in a snoop and put swatchs together and stuff. My wedding is also in Aug and we are using light blue and platinum and our theme (I hated trying to find) is something like dancing under the moonlight or just something that has to do the moon and stars. It will all fall into place and it will go just right. You could use champagine(pretty neutral colors)

Thanks for helping me out! The dresses are like an olive green..they are from davids bridal. Im thinking about doing my wedding with just a color theme thanks to Ms.Laura loves Alex. hehe! I like how a terra cotta color looks with the green and white from my dress. Thank you.What are you two doing for favors?

You very welcome! glad to help in anyway! For favors I'm probably going to make some chocolate hearts wraped in foil and in some sort of tulle or tin. It'll be pretty cheap cause chocolate in bulk doesnt cost much and you can reuse the molds. The rest of the items shoudnt cost much either.
