I'm trying to buy shoes ASAP and since it's "winter" no one seems to have white shoes around. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks! :)

hey,
if you are up for it, you can have coutre shoes :) I made mine, well not made from scratch, but I bought some white shoes from discount shoe warehouse and bought 2 matching brooches and attached them to it. (I spent way too much on my dress so I opted for cheap yet chic shoes)
If you cnat find the right shoes, then make the right shoes!

Many stores have shoes that can be dyed (such as Payless or David's Bridal). These shoes are always white, so maybe you might want to look at those. Usually they have them in 6-8 different styles or so... Hope that helps!
