Hello everyone,
My Fiancee has been trying to find a dress for a long time but none have seemed to catch her eye. She loves the wedding dress from the movie "Runaway Bride" in which Julia Roberts swishes back and forth saying it reminds her of a bell. I have been trying to find a dress that resembles that one for a long time. We don't have a ton of money to spend on the wedding but I do want her to have the dress of her dreams. Does anyone know where I can find a dress that closely resembles that one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!

That is very sweet of you to help your future bride find her dream dress. There are so many dresses out there. Try using the "Fashion and Beauty" tab at the top of this webpage then click on "find a wedding gown". I have used it to browse through the dresses many times.
Good luck to you and your fiancee.

*bad joke alert* she likes the runaway bride dress, eh? Hope she doesn't...
*smacks self*
sorry, couldn't help myself.
I ran a google search for that dress. Not sure how much this will help, but the dress was designed by a guy named Albert Wolsky to be "close to a Vera Wang without being a Vera Wang". A woman named Patty Ward of Stitch 'N Time is creating a dress for a bride to look like that dress, and you might be able to search her out and ask for a dress from the same pattern (or to purchase the pattern maybe?) That was really all I found. Good luck, hope this helped.

Hi. If it's any help, I know a great website called www.bridesave.com. It can help you locate a dress. :)

Please help me find this dress that Julia Roberts wore in Runaway Bride! What city do I need to search for Patty Ward of Stitch 'N Time??? I would like to have her make a dress for me or I would like to buy that pattern.
Thanks for your help.
Young Groom,
Did you ever find Patty Ward? Or any one who made this dress for your bride?
I'm interested in the same dress, I love it and was wondering what you ***e up with.
Thanks!

I am the owner of an online bridal shop. I have my own manufacturer and can make copycat dresses very reasonably. Check out my online store for details. I hope I can be of some assistance.

You posted this message 4 times. ENOUGH! Just for being such a pain, I won't be visiting your website and I'm not going to suggest it to anyone else either.

I posted 4 times to answer specific readers looking for a service that I offer. If I posted to only one then the other people may or may not have seen the post. I suppose I could have sent a private message but I thought that there may be others out there who may be looking for the same thing.
I was not trying to be a "pain". I know from looking myself that there are not a lot of places out there where you can have a dress made from scratch.
I appologize if anyone was anoyed by this. It was not my intention.
