I can not decide on who I want to have in my wedding party. I have two older sisters, and they both have been after me about being in the wedding party. I seriously wasn't even considering having them in my wedding, just because my fiance doesn't have many 'close' guy friends, so his options are limited. I'm thinking that we will probably only have 2-3 on each side. So seeing how I have 2 sisters, that limits the choices for me!

My one sister is married already, and I was actually not in her wedding party. She asked me if I wanted to be in it, but I told her it was okay because I didn't want my then boyfriend (now fiance) to sit alone.

Both of my sisters said that they would be hurt if I didn't ask them, but if I didn't really have room, they would turn my offer down. What should I do?????

Also- I was thinking about Bridesmaid dresses as well.... Seeing how one of my sisters is pretty 'large' and my other sister is as skinny as a toothpick, it would be really hard to find a dress that both of them would look good in.

Any advice any one can give me would help out alot! I'm going in circles about this.

I personally would pick bridesmaids that you are close to and want to be in your wedding, if that isn't your sisters I'm sure they'll understand. I know what you mean about not wanting to have too many girls when your fiance doesn't have that many close friends. I have 5 bridesmaids (thank goodness my fiance has 2 brothers that are in the wedding). I made the mistake of asking everyone as soon as I got engaged which was over a year ago. Now that I have a 2month old I wish I could take it back and have a smaller wedding party. But that is not an option. (Our wedding is Aug. 6, 2005)

As for bridesmaid dresses I would say pick your color and let the girls pick dresses that will flatter them. Either that or go with an empire waisted dress (that looks good on everyone). Or you could go with 2 piece dresses and let them choose the 2 pieces they like. Check out www.alfredangelo.com they have a lot of options and they come in bigger sizes.

Good luck planning everything.
