I've been asked to dj my grandparents' vow renewal reception, and they want "kind-of" country music and religous stuff. I've found a bunch of old threads for good country songs, but I don't know what kind of religious music would be good. Any suggestions at all?

I would think you could do country and religious at the same time. A lot of country singers sing Christian/Gospel music. Maybe incorporate some Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant. I think LeAnn Rimes has done some Christian Music. Plus, Josh Groban has some beautiful music that could be used also. Good luck!

It's all going to depend on what kind of Christian music they are looking for. Christian music comes in all genres now. I'm not trying to stereotype, but if your grandparents are older and they are leaning towards country/gospel then they probably like something like the Gaithers or the Isaacs. Another group that comes to mind is MercyMe (I Can Only Imagine). You can check out the links below to get an idea:

If you have any questions just let me know. I know a lot about Christian music.
