View Full Version : Colors for Hawaiian Wedding??

Hey,

Since I have changed my whole wedding theme around, I was thinking of adding in a pretty pink, not pale pale pink but deep rich magenta pink. What other color would look nice with that? Is black too "dark" to add?

what about the colors of your signature? And balck can work in moderation I guess

Ooo turquoise! How pretty I bet that would be. I'm trying to stay away from the yellow and the red b/c that's what I had before. Do you think colors should matter since it will be in October?

I am a natural born rule breaker and I feel llike you can do what youwant with your money, I guess if you are for rules, then technically they are out of season, but once again, WHO CARES! the only stipulation is if you love it...

Hey,

Thanks ladies, I'm not really one for following the "wedding etiquette" stuff, but I was wondering if it would look weird or something to have bright colors in October. Do any of you wonderful ladies have any other ideas for my Hawaiian wedding? Decorations? Toasting glasses? Knife/Cake server set? Dresses? Anything? I'm kind of starting over and any suggestions are welcome!

Hey,

Those invitations are gorgeous! I wasn't thinking of luau styled, I wanted to try and keep it somewhat romantic not necessarily traditional Hawaiian. Thanks Denise, and Krissy? *correct me if I got the wrong name!*
