Hey ladies! I am getting married on March 10, 2007 and have changed my mind about a thousand times about themes! Is it too close to spring to have more of a winter theme? I wanted to do iced branches and votives for my centerpieces and the dogwood trees with white lights for decorations. What do you think? Any other ideas? My bridesmaid dresses are a not quite navy blue with the boquets being a deep orange calla & rose combo.

You can do whatever you want for a theme. People are doing winter theme in June and July. Whatever you envision go for it, there are no rules saying what theme you can choose for the day you are getting married.

if you want a winter wedding in march i dont think its too late. i think it would be perfect depending on the area you live in. some areas still have snow on the ground in march

My wedding is in March and I too wrestled with my theme. I have decided to not really go with any season. I am in the midwest also and it could be sunny and warm or snowing on our day. :) I would think you could go with any theme you want. Your date would still technically be in winter, so you could easily do this theme. Plus, if you do something out of the ordinary, your day will be more memorable.
