i have looked at davids bridal and i have chosen the color as pool(blue),paradise(pink) and mocha. i am thinking mocha table cloths with each table witha pool or paradise setting at each table \, like alternating tables or a paradise and pool alternating setting at each single table. I am not sure what a theme for this could be. Altho i think white roses will go best with each setting. I am not sure of a theme. I am thinking maybe sweets??? Like candy and sweets and all that. Any ideas???

I see the colors and I see Southwestern or Indian theme. To me it's not bright enough for candy or sweets. It could be the imaging also. Good luck.

Did u HAVE to change the color pink? The sash is not a major thing if u can't find it at David's bridal. I was also looking at their separates. The colors I wanted weren't available either, but what I'm thinking of doing is making the sash myself or having a seemstress do it. Go to the fabric store and get want you really want!!!

Your colors can be your theme. Center your flowers, decorations, invitations and accessories around those colors. Your theme doesn't have to be related to an event or story.

Well the reason i changed the pink was because of the fact that all the details iwant with my dress are blush pink. I am doing the bridesmaids dresses in the mocha and blush pink, with my fh friends in mocha tuxs or pants with a white sjirt and pool tux.
I am thinking about doing the tables as long squares- each table with a pool or blush runner on a mocha table cloth. I want each place setting to alternate between pool and blush. I also want to try white roses on each table, or white rose petals on each table with blue and pink candles in the middle as my centerpeice.

Sounds like you've got it all figured out. You don't need a theme if you have everything planned with colours.

Just do your colors everywhere. You don't neccessarily have to have a theme. Look at different table seat ups and it will maybe help develop the look you are going for then maybe you can put a name to it.

I agree with everyone, you don't really have to have a theme - just use your colors as a basic "theme" if you'd like. If you really want to though and you'd really like to have a theme, you could base it off of certain things...like for instance our theme is going to be California Paradise (since that's where I met the love of my life - here in beautiful California...I still haven't really decided on a color scheme, and I'm debating between a few different colors). But anyway, you could always pick a significant time in your life/your time together with your FH and use that as a theme and then use the colors to accentuate the mood of that time - just a suggestion, sorry if it doesn't make any sense. Those colors also seem kinda spring like to me, so that could also be part of a theme. When are you getting married anyway? There are so many different things that you could consider if you really want a theme...but again, as everyone said, you don't really need a theme. ^_^ By the way I really love your colors, I think that they look absolutely gorgeous together. Are you still thinking of using white roses as the flowers? I think that it's a really nice touch. Well I hope that you are able to figure out a theme, if you still want one. ^_^ Hopefully I helped you out a little bit?
