For our honeymoon my finace and I are planning to take a cruise. We like the idea of the cost because it incudes the room and board, and the travel and entertainment. Would anyone recommend a possible cruise line and/or location that would be great for a honeymoon. We are considering Caribbean or somewhere warm.
Thanks :)

Absolutely, a cruise is a great idea for a honeymoon. My fiance and I are doing a Royal Caribbean honeymoon cruise in October. This will be like my 5th cruise, and my fiance's first. I just love them. You can do as many things as you'd like, or just sit back & relax, too. For me, I know that the wedding weekend will be chaos, so I'm really looking forward to relaxing on the ship when we get there. I tend to like the "days at sea" more than checking out the islands. For entertainment, they have every kind of bar for you to check out, from Techno/Dance to Piano/Jazz. The games and contests they have on the "lido deck" by the pool are the best. Just sitting around and watching people do the contests, can be soo funny. Even the shows they provide after dinner are great, and if you enjoy stand-up comedy, check it out. I suggest Carnival for more upbeat, younger crouds, and they tend to run cheaper. For wedding gifts, I'm asking for people to pay for the tours that the ship offers for when you dock at the islands. You can use the honeymoon registry on this website to have people sign up for different things, too. If you're a younger couple, I suggest signing up for the later dinner seating. You will get less families with small children, and the shows after dinner are more geared for the more adult crowd. Also, check out a "booze-cruise" on one of your island tours. They usually include stopping for snorkeling or beach-time. Be ready to do the limbo. You meet so many great people on cruises- and they're all happy- they're ALL on vacation! A cruise ship is like a huge city- you forget you are even on a ship, and there are so many things to do.

You guessed it, we are rather young, My fiance and I are both 21, we will be 22 or 23 when we get married. Thanks so much for the information. You have helped us so much. With all the cruises you have been on you sounded like a pro. :)
