Color Color Color!! I feel like a color!!

I am stuck. I am getting married in October 2007 in South Africa.

I have absolutely no idea what color to choose!!

I love the colors green, white and red. but i am not getting married during the holiday season!!

I am thinking of green and white. i absolutely love green. but what green do i choose, what other colours goes well with green???

I was about to say maybe a forest green and a dark orange, but then I realized that might look like a pumpkin, and being married in October might make that even worse. I don't really see any reason you couldn't use green, white, and red. I don't think it will look like the holidays really. Maybe use green with white and red accents or something. Or green with white accents and no red.

Go to your local paint shop or hardware store. pull the paint colors that you want and match them that way. i hope this helps.

Yeh, if you have green as your main color and red and white just as accents, it won't look Christmas-y.
When I think green in South Africa I think of browns and other shades of green like sage.

My colors are sage green, chocolate brown and white, with a little bit of peach.... I have some pictures in my journal if you want to see some examples of how I am using them.
