When to start

I stumebled upon this website and all I can say is thank you, I am not alone.
I got engaged in February and we are not planning on getting married until September 2006. We are planning to get married in Paris, France and then come back to have a civil marriage. When should I start booking the church and talking to people about it. Are people going to get sick of hearing about my wedding?

=) no one can ever get sick of hearing about a wedding unless they're the jealous ones :p even if they were sick of hearing about it, they must not understand... this is what girls have been waiting for, the moment to be able to plan their very own wedding. i would just keep it to a minimum first though, speak more of it with family members and those who plan to help you with getting ready. start telling people about details as the wedding approaches.

as far as booking the church goes, i say that you should do it as soon as possible assuming that you have all the 'important' details set. if you are sure of when you are going to get married, the last thing u want to do is have it postponed because you're in line to use the church. it cant hurt to do so either.
