I just want to warn all of the brides I can about buying a dress online from a privet seller.

I was going to go drive to another state to get a dress from a privet seller. When I told her I was coming to her she didn't like the idea of me coming to see it. She wanted the funds to be mailed to her. Then I would receive the dress after the funds cleared her bank.

I am sorry but, if I can't see the dress in person there is something fishy going on.

Remember to always ask a lot of questions and look out for your own back. I suggest to write up a contract of exactly what kind of dress you are getting and send a cashers check. It is instant money so there will be no waiting weeks for funds to clear banks. In the contract state that you will send the money registered mail and with in 24 hours the seller will send you the dress.

Remember this is your money, if they want to make a sale they need to follow by your rules.

Good luck and best wishes to everyone.

If it was an online seller she may have not wanted you to see it out of her own safety. You never know who you can trust online. She had no clue if you were a future bride or an ax murderer. I wouldn't trust someone to come to my house to look at something I sold online either.

I can see were you are coming from. Like you said it’s your money you want to make sure you get the dress and it’s the dress you are expecting.

If I were you I wouldn’t have bought the dress from her either.

You don’t know if she is a professional Con Artist or an honest bride.

Good Advise!
