We have a TINY budget. So in order to save money, we're having a friend dj, rather than hiring a professional wedding dj. The problem is, he doesn't have any experience with weddings (only parties and concerts). We have already picked most of the music, but I have no idea what order the songs should be played.

*What happens first?
*Do we have the first dance imediately after we're announced?
*When is the father/daughter dance?
*When is the mother/son dance?
*When is the bridal party dance?
*When is the bouquet toss? Should music be played for that?

I feel so clueless :-/

well we are serving a full dinner so we are waiting to do our dance until everyone is finished eating. Then we will go ahead and do the father/daughter and the mother/son dances right after our dance. As far as the other dances, we are not doing those so I cant help you out, sorry. And yes some girls are having specific songs played for the bouquet/garter toss and the cake cutting as well. But thats up to you really. we are making our own music and having someone do annoucments, to save on money as well. So I am not going to worry about having a song for the bouquet/garter toss or cake cutting.

Thanks, that is a great website. It had a ton of songs, so you have plenty to choose from. We are doing our own music as well, to save on money, so this will be extremely helpful.
