I'm inviting my co-workers to my wedding, but there's this one co-worker that I really don't want to invite. He's been working with us for almost a year. He's a nice guy and everything, but I just don't really like him. So, I've decided to invite him, but not his wife and daughter. I just don't want him to feel left out if any conversations come up about the wedding after the event (and plus, I've been talking about it a lot at work). Do you think it's right for me to invite him? Do you think it's right for me not to invite his wife & daughter? Or is there a way around this?

Are you letting other co-workers bring a guest? Traditionally, if someone is married, you would invite the spouse. However, if all your co-workers are being invited singly, it might not be so bad. It really gets tricky when you invite folks from work.
