Oh, those are soo cute. I wonder how much something like that would cost. I have never seen sculptures done out of sugar before.

I don't remember where I found these particular ones at. I did a search on google for sugar scultures and looked under images. I orginally saw the idea on the food network channel.

The sugar sculptures are beautiful, but a word about them--they melt and get goopy in any humidity or warm air, so make certain they travel refridgerated and the reception site has good A/C!
I work at a culinary school and we did a banquet where all of the sugar sculptures got nasty by 1/2 way through the meal--body heat I guess?
