I'm not really sure if this fits into this category, but I really want to have a limo and the only one I can find requires 3 hours minimum. Our wedding is at 3pm, we will be taking pictures from 12:30 to 2:30pm, and our reception will immediately follow the wedding about 5 minutes away. Does it pay to get a limo if it is going to sit in front of the church most of the time?

Here's a thought - have the limo pick up the groom & his groomsmen at noon, and bring them to the photo site (I assume its at the same place where you will have the ceremony.) Then have the limo pick up you & your girls and bring you all to the site by 12:30. Then, during photos, maybe the limo could pick up your parents or a grandparent or older relative, and bring them to the ceremony. Then, have the limo bring you & your husband to the reception, and send them on their way. (That should use the minimum three hours, plus about one more hour.)This way, you should get you as much use for your money as possible. (Some of your bridal party will have to get a ride from ceremony to reception, but that could be planned with their dates or friends, and since it's just 5 minutes from the ceremony, a bit of car pooling shouldn't be too uncomfortable.) Then drive off to your honeymoon in your own car. It will give your friends a chance to decorate it if they want. Have fun!
