October colors?

My wedding is going to be in October...would burgendy be a good color? I know I didn't spell it right:) But what other colors would go? Except black? I know darker colors are good for the fall.

We are getting married this October. MOH dress is going to be light sage green. Flowers are going to be reds, oranges, and yellows - traditional harvest colours. My dress and flowers are going to be shades of ivory. Don't feel you have to go with traditional fall colours unless that it what you like.

deep browns, yellows, oranges, reds really nice colors. THere are few girls on here who are doing fall weddngs, they have gorgeous colors!!

Gold is nice we are using champagne. What helps you pick and determine colors is your bridesmaids dresses. Because originally my FH wanted burgandy and silver but the dresses didn't come in that color ( thank god)so ended up with cimson and latte. I think

My wedding is in Oct. as well, our colors are black and white with dark red accents, such as the flowers, centerpieces, favors etc...everything else will just be a classic black and white. Makes matching VERY easy

We're also having an Oct wedding and our colors are Apple and Banana *DB's* with beach themed accents, like sand and coral and plant colors, etc.
