View Full Version : FINALLY! Had my 1st fitting today!!!!

OMG! I just got back from my first fitting! After 4 months of wating for my dress to arrive and 5 weeks left to go! I can't begin to tell you how nervous I was once I tried everything on together! The dress is even more beautiful in Ivory and my tiara is absolutely gorgeous! My dress shop owner is awesome! She will begin alterations and will convert it from a strapless to a halter style. My jewelry is perfect and my veil matches unbelievably! I even ordered my shoes and they are also embroidered with rhinestone - aaahhhh!!! My daughter (BM) and my girlfriend (BM) were with me and we took pictures. I can't even believe it's me and my daughter was amazed as well. I will download pictures later, but for now, I have to print them out to take to my Mom's so she can see it too. Unfortunately, since my Dad is terminal, she was not able to come with me and lives about 2 hrs away, so it is also a stressful situation. I just am awed by the way it is finally coming together. Ok - well wish me luck as we move ahead............

ok - so I amtrying to upload my pic and it is telling me file is too big....how else can i do this????

The program that you download your picture too on your computer should have an option where you can resize it, then you can make it small enough to work.

That is so cool purple- I am impatiently waiting for my dress to come in and it's torture! I'm glad everything ***e together so well with the dress, that's what I am worried about because I bought everything seperately without having my dress yet to see what it all looks like. Hope I get as lucky as you-can't wait to see pics!!!

Thank you KatylovesNick! I go for fitting #2 tomorrow :) I am getting excited now...Lord only knows how I will be in a few more weeks!
