Champagne & peaches are the ingredients of a Bellini cocktail. I found a recipe for a wedding cake using these in a white cake. The photo even had flutes holding the top layer. The baker lost the recipe and now I cannot find it again. I've searched online but can only find pink champagne with and without coconut & marshmallow filling. Not the elegant and "not overly sweet" recipe I originally found. BTW, I did find other people looking for it too.
