Since the groom and I aren't very religious we're asking a friend of his from boyscouts to do our ceremony in an Asatru tradition (he is an ordained priest). A good friend of mine-one of my bridesmaids-is an excellent singer and is studying opera so I just HAD to ask her to sing in the ceremony! The only problem is I havn't got much of a clue what song to have her sing. Since Asatru is a modern take on worship of old Norse gods I'm looking for Celtic or Norse traditional songs that would be apropriate. Anything Irish, Scottish, Swedish, Norse, or Finnish would probably do...does anyone have some suggestions?
