My fiance and I are getting married by a Justice of the Peace. He is charging us $90 to do the ceremony. Do we tip him and if so, how much is appropriate?

If you are getting married during court hours, a civil servant is prohibited from accepting tips, however if your wedding is taking place outside of the court, a tip of $50 - $75 is about the norm.
